Economically and fiscally attractive alternative to conventional built-in dock levellers and also energy saving.

The use of a dock house increases the insulation of the building significant. The dock house including dockleveller and dockshelter will be mounted to the building. Therefore the relatively expensive internal surface of the building can be fully utilized.
In addition, a dockhouse is an attractive alternative to traditional construction methods of the various pit systems due to lower investment costs and possible tax advantages

The modular concept is suitable for any specific customer situation:

• Dock leveller with hinged (DLH-NG) or sliding (telescopic DLE-NG) lip
 • Curtain dock shelter

A standard dock house consists of the following components:

- HE-A support frame with adjustable feet to level the dock house quick and easy thanks to the large range of 1000 -1350 mm.
-  Side platforms (left and right) which are made from durbar plate and precision laser cut sheet metal parts. Integrated mounting brackets for the dock leveller make installation even easier. The platforms are bolted to the support frame mounted and are provided with mounting points for the optional steel construction kit.​

The dock house is delivered as a construction kit.
The optional steel upper construction can be ordered as well but without single skin or 40 mm insulated wall and roof panels.

Additionally, one can complete the dock house with a dockleveller and / or dockshelter. This can be ordered separately via our webshop. The sizes of dock houses are derived from the corresponding dockleveller.

The dockleveller with hinged lip (DLH-NG) can be ordered in combination with the DHH dock house. And the dockleveller with a sliding lip (DLE-NG) can be ordered in combination with the DHE dock house.
