Warranty
The liability of www.dockequipment.eu is limited to failures/defects which appear within a period of one (1) year from delivery. If the daily use of the Product exceeds the agreed usage, the term of one (1) year shall be reduced proportionately.
If a defect occurs, please follow the following procedure to achieve a fast and appropriate solution:
Dockequipment.eu warrants the components of this product to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year plus two months (average installation time) from the agreed upon delivery date as mentioned in the order acknowledgement. During the warranty period dockequipment.eu shall replace any defective part or non-conformity resulting from faulty design, materials or workmanship. All required replacement parts or components are made available ex-works.
The user shall without any undue delay notify Dockequipment.eu of any defect or non-conformity which appears. Repairs shall be carried out at the place where the product is located. Dockequipment.eu may deem it appropriate that the defective part or product is returned to dockequipment.eu for inspection. Defective parts shall then, upon request, be made available to dockequipment.eu within 6 weeks after replacement of the defective part.
Dockequipment.eu is not liable for any defects caused by faulty or lack of maintenance, improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, unauthorized service or modification or conditions of use not in accordance with the European norm EN1398 or the dockequipment.eu operator’s/owner’s manuals and installation manuals.
Normal wear, tear and deterioration are excluded from any warranty.
